Excellent article, surtout à cette date :) J'arrive un peu tard.
Il existe aussi les excellentes méthodes helper que l'on trouve dans Windows.Storage.FileIO, comme
Windows.Storage.FileIO.readTextAsync & Windows.Storage.FileIO.writeTextAsync par exemple.
L'équivalent de File.ReadAllText & File.WriteAllText.
Se qui évite de nous coltiner les objects Stream.
